Love Shrine Workshop

Valentine's Day is right around the corner, so how about making something handmade for your Valentine?

Lucky for you Etsy817 team member Studio Longoria is hosting a Love Shrine Workshop! 

The workshop is this coming Thrusday, February 9th, from 6-8 PM. The workshop costs $15 and includes most materials. You will need to bring photos, images, or any special charms that you'd like to use in your shrine, and a pair of scissors. (Photo's should be wallet size.)

Arlington Holiday Lights Parade

This Saturday, December 3rd, is the Arlington Holiday Lights Parade! And Etsy817 is excited to be participating this year.

The fun starts at 6pm with the parade. (You can visit the Arlington Holiday Lights Parade site for a map of the parade route). There are over 80 entries in this years parade. Following the parade ends is the lighting of the Christmas tree at City Hall. Then there will be pictures with Santa at the Levitt Pavilion!

Many of our team members have been hard at work on our float and we hope that you will come out and see us.

Make and Take

Etsy817 is excited to announce that we are sponsoring the Make and Take craft table at the Cowtown Indie Bazaar on October 15th!

We are going to have two different make and take projects available.

The first is a snowflake project made from paper towel rolls

There will be lots of different recycled papers to choose from to make your wreath.

The craft table will be open from 10am to 4pm. Our team members will be there to show you finished examples of each craft and help you create your own. We hope you'll come craft with us!

Goody Bags

Several Etsy817 members are going to have goodies available in the goody bags for the Cowtown Indie Bazaar

There are hand painted magnets from Dream Out Loud Art, blossom earrings from Little Blu, fused glass bobby pins from Larkspur Studio, one inch kawaii pins from Love Who, and photo prints from EDC Collective. Plus others!  

The bags are free for the first 50 attendees, so get there early if you want one!

Etsy Craft Party

Want to come party with us?

This Friday you can come join us as we celebrate Etsy's 2nd Annual Craft Party. Etsy817 and Etsy Fort Worth are working together bring you a fabulously fun craft party.

Everyone is invited to this free family friendly event. We'll be meeting at Firehouse Art Gallery in Fort Worth from 7-9pm, Friday, June 10. There will be awesome door prizes, food and drinks, craft projects to benefit local organizations, a cake ball/pop contest with prizes, and more. Celebrate with Etsy817 and DWG

The City of Dalworthington Gardens turns 75 years old this year. They are throwing a party and Etsy817 has been invited to participate by providing a fun activity for everyone who comes. You don’t have to be a resident of DWG or a member of Etsy817 to join in the fun.

Sunday, June 12 is the third day of a weekend of events celebrating DWG's historic milestone. A Texas state historic marker dedication begins at 4 pm in Pappy Elkins (Gardens) Park with a reception to follow, but the party really gets cranked up from 5 - 7 pm. This section of the evening is titled “Fun, Food and Frolic”. It is during this part of the festivities that Etsy817 will be providing free face painting to the public. While you are at the Etsy817 booth please take a moment to meet members of our team. You can also view portfolios of many of the team member’s work, pick up literature about their Etsy shops and join our mailing list for a chance to have your name drawn for one of our door prizes. Each door prize will be a hand crafted goodie donated by one of our team members.
